Paradise Smoke is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.You will have to go through USPS for any lost or stolen package claims. To contact USPS to report a claim, please visit:https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
we will not be responsible for filing any USPS claims, postal delays or lost and stolen packages. Fulfillment times are generally 1-2 business days for all US orders
All sales are final. We are responsible for your package until it reaches the United States Post Office or UPS Store. We are not responsible for any customer errors on the shipping forms, shipping delays, forwarding services, post-delivery theft. missing orders marked "delivered" by the shipping provider or lost/stolen packages. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Domestic Ground Advantage and Priority shipments are insured for up to $100. USPS claims may be filed by the customer at their local USPS location or via the USPS website.
Shipping times at checkout are an estimate from the shipping provider selected not Terp Supply. Refunds will not be issued on shipping for delivery dates outside their estimated window.
1. Order Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to coordinate replacement of the product or receive a refund.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging - unless defective and/or otherwise stated by the store. Please keep the electronic receipt for your order.

Canceled orders may be subject to a delivery, return, and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed
